By downloading, installing, or using CharadesCam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Not recording or sharing content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
• Respecting the privacy and dignity of others

3.2 Age Requirements

CharadesCam is suitable for all ages. However, if you are under 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country), you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the App.

3.3 Device Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device meets the App's technical requirements
• Maintaining your device's security and operating system updates
• Any charges from your mobile carrier or internet service provider

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content included in CharadesCam, including but not limited to word lists, themes, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hoshiko Tech Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to videos and content you create using CharadesCam. We do not claim ownership of your recordings. Since all content is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or access it, you have complete control over your content.

When you share content through third-party platforms or services, you are subject to those platforms' terms of service.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data. In summary:

• We do not collect personal information
• All recordings stay on your device

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Basis

CharadesCam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoshiko Tech Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
• Any content you create or share using the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App

6.3 Physical Safety

Playing charades involves physical activity. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have adequate space to play safely
• Being aware of your surroundings while playing
• Playing within your physical capabilities
• Supervising children to prevent injury

We are not liable for any injuries incurred while using the App.

7. Updates and Modifications

7.1 App Updates

We may update CharadesCam from time to time to:

• Fix bugs or improve performance
• Ensure compatibility with new devices or operating systems

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hoshiko Tech regarding CharadesCam and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
